They’re starting to accept instability but I wouldn’t say they’re embracing it. Interesting to note that they’re also starting to deal with the stress levels better. I wonder hos the US stress levels stack up to Europeans right now. 

What I liked about this story is that all of the founders work from home. They don’t have a corporate office. Think about how much overhead you could save if you didn’t have any corporate office. 

Now if they could just import some of the cultural differences like risk taking. 

This is a strategy we’ve been helping clients do for years. It just makes so much sense. 

TechCrunch changed their logo to the Zuckerlogo. I think it’s funny. 

I find it interesting that it doesn’t have anything to with the market or even fear but conditioning. I wonder if the converse is also true. People who switch jobs a lot, have conditioned themselves to switch jobs ever few years. I know I feel myself get anxious after a couple years, even when everything’s great and I love my job. 

I like that this article doesn’t say to go with your gut reaction but instead to be reflective, ask the right questions and then trust yourself.
