They’re starting to accept instability but I wouldn’t say they’re embracing it. Interesting to note that they’re also starting to deal with the stress levels better. I wonder hos the US stress levels stack up to Europeans right now.

What I liked about this story is that all of the founders work from home. They don’t have a corporate office. Think about how much overhead you could save if you didn’t have any corporate office.

I find it interesting that it doesn’t have anything to with the market or even fear but conditioning. I wonder if the converse is also true. People who switch jobs a lot, have conditioned themselves to switch jobs ever few years. I know I feel myself get anxious after a couple years, even when everything’s great and I love my job.
